I. Downloading the App

On your mobile device, access your app store and search for “Falcon Bank Mobile Money” under the finance section.

  • Download the app
  • Use your online banking username and password
  • First time users will receive a security access code to register your device
  • Users are also able to use their Touch ID sensor for their log in on IOS devices.

II. Text Messaging Mechanism

From your online banking page, enroll to mobile texting

Under the Maintenance tab, select Account Name/Order and click on Text

Enter a Nickname and select the order in which you want your accounts to appear

Check off the Enable box

A Welcome text will be sent to your phone, save the number (226-563) under Falcon Text Banking

  • Text 'BAL' to get the current balances of your selected accounts.
  • Text 'HIST (nickname)' to receive history on account selected.
  • Text ‘XFER (space) nick name of account to transfer from (space) nickname of account to transfer to (space) amount
    • XFER mom son 20.00
  • Text 'ATM (zip code)' for nearest ATM locations.
